Overview

The Client Intake feature in ClientRelay helps users collect client information, verify client and contact identities, and complete the necessary Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks during onboarding.

Provides a structured process for gathering client information and managing verification and due diligence checks during onboarding.

It provides a central place to manage the verification process before establishing a new client relationship. Depending on the client's entity type and verification status, users can review submitted details, check business registration information, verify individual identities, and monitor potential risks.

Client Intake consists of five main sections:

  1. Client Details. Collect client information through secure links.

  2. CDD Requirements. Review due diligence requirements and outstanding items.

  3. Business Verification (KYB). Verify Trust entity registration and identify relevant individuals.

  4. Identity Verification (KYC). Verify individual contacts through eKYC, DVS, and PEP and sanctions screening.

  5. AML Monitoring. Review PEP, sanctions, adverse media, fraud screening, and ongoing monitoring for contacts who have passed KYC.
